Strengthening collaboration: First joint engineering workshops in France

Following the acquisition of Belysa Automation by pour-tech AB, the first joint engineering workshops have now taken place in France.
Engineers from both companies met to exchange knowledge, discuss technical approaches and better understand each other’s systems and working methods. The meetings focused on identifying possible synergies between automation and pouring technology and exploring how both teams can support foundry customers together in the future.
Topics included:

• Exchange of engineering experience and process knowledge
• Discussion of interfaces between automation and pouring systems
• First ideas for closer technical collaboration

In addition to the internal workshops, the teams also carried out joint customer visits to gain a better understanding of current production environments and customer requirements.
These first meetings were an important step in bringing the teams together and creating a foundation for future cooperation. Now that Belysa Automation is part of pour-tech AB, both existing Belysa and pour-tech customers can benefit from closer collaboration between the teams and broader technical know-how across automation and pouring applications.
The integration process is still in an early phase, but the open technical exchange and positive cooperation already show promising opportunities for future development.
